Connect Claude

  1. Open Claude with Owners ready. The name and the link come filled in.

  2. Click Continue, then Add. Claude shows a red note saying the connector came from a link. That is normal: the link is ours.
  3. Click Connect next to Owners. Owners opens. Sign in with the code we email you and click Allow.
  4. In a new chat, write Open Owners. The welcome shows what you can do today, as choices you tap.

By hand: in Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, click + and Add custom connector. Name it Owners and paste https://withowners.com/mcp. Claude Free holds one custom connector. On Claude Team and Enterprise, an owner of the organisation adds Owners first, and then each member clicks Connect. Connect once on a computer and Owners also works in the Claude app on your phone.

Connect ChatGPT

  1. Add Owners in ChatGPT. Open Settings and the section for apps and connectors, and add a custom one: name it Owners and paste https://withowners.com/mcp. Depending on your plan, ChatGPT may ask you to turn on developer mode first.
  2. Sign in and Allow. Owners opens. Sign in with the code we email you and click Allow.
  3. In a new chat, choose Owners and write Open Owners.

Talk to it as you would to someone who knows your clients. The six starts below are also in the + menu of the chat, under Owners.

What each plan sees

Your assistant sees exactly what your space shows you, never more.

  • Free: your reason to buy, the summaries of your first three clients and the Portrait you chose. For the rest, how many there are.
  • Pro and Max: every client of the reasons you have open. It can also save groups in your Targets, prepare a reach out with the Owners method, make pieces and order Reach lists with your credits.

When something is not in your plan, the answer says what you would gain, once.

What it never does

  • Owners never reads your conversations, your other chats, your assistant’s memory or your files.
  • Nothing spends credits without your yes in the conversation first.
  • Disconnect at any time, from your space or from your assistant’s connectors. The access stops at once.

If something fails

  • Owners does not answer in the chat. Click + in the message box, then Connectors, and check that Owners is on.
  • A new feature does not show. Disconnect Owners and connect it again: Claude keeps the list of tools it got the first time.
  • Claude talks about Owners without opening it. Start a new chat and write “Open Owners”.
  • Claude says you have too many connectors. Claude Free holds one custom connector: remove the other one, or upgrade Claude.
  • The sign in code does not arrive. Look in spam, or ask for a new one: each code works for ten minutes.
