Owners build the road, and people come on their own. So this site has no cookies, no advertising pixels and no analytics that follow you from site to site.
What your browser keeps
To work, the site keeps a few small notes in your own browser (local storage). They never leave it and nobody else can read them. None of them needs your consent, because each one is either strictly necessary or something you chose.

The fonts (Google Fonts) and part of the animation code (cdnjs, by Cloudflare) load from those providers, who see a visit like any website does. They set no cookies here.
Clear them
You can clear everything at any time from your browser settings (site data for withowners.com). Signing out clears your session.
