Privacy policy.

Owners (withowners.com) helps founders build the systems that bring clients to their business. Owners is run by Owners Growth Partners S.L. (tax ID B19760784, Calle Doctor Grau Bassas 29, 2A, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain), which is responsible for your data. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Owners. For anything about your data, write to privacy@withowners.com.

• What you tell us in the gateway: your business name and type, what you sell, the reasons your clients buy and the choices you make along the way.
• Your space: if you choose to keep it, your email address and a link to your space, so you can come back from any device.
• Your profile: the website, logo and name you add. They stay in your own browser. If you add your website, our server reads its home page once to find your logo; if the site does not allow it, we ask Google’s icon service, which sees the address of your website.
• Sign in with Google: only your name, email address and Google account identifier (the “openid”, “email” and “profile” permissions). We never see your password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data.
• Calls you book: your name, email, business and the answers you give before the call.
• Basic technical data: the logs our hosting keeps to run and protect the site.

To run your space and let you back in, to prepare and hold the calls you book, to send you the emails you asked for, and to improve Owners. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Owners’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use it only to sign you in and to keep your space linked to your account.

There are none. This site keeps a few small notes in your own browser so it works. Each one, and why, is on the Cookies page.

A few companies help us run the service, only for that purpose. They are listed, with what each one does, on Who helps us.

While your space exists or while we are in touch. You can ask us to delete everything at any time and we will do it.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or to stop any email, by writing to privacy@withowners.com. If you are in the European Union you can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
